Returns Policy

While we at Autumn Hill Boutique believe you will be super excited, over the moon even (happy dances are completely acceptable upon receipt of your parcel) with everything you purchase from us, we do understand that on occasion you will need or want to return an item.

We want you to be happy with everything you order and receive from us so if something isn’t right then please let us know, we don’t bite.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we will refund your money, or exchange the goods.

All we ask is that you pop us a cheeky little email to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and inform us of your intention to return the item.

Once you have been in touch with us we ask that you return the item/s to us within 14 days, unused and in a saleable condition in its original packaging for either an exchange or a refund.

Regrettably we are not able to offer this guarantee on any items which have been purchased in a sale or on foodstuffs/confectionery, custom orders created just for you or personalised items, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You must the return the products at your own cost. You are responsible for the returned items until they are received by Autumn Hill Boutique at our address so we recommend you obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate which you can get from the Post Office as we won’t be able to process your refund until we are in receipt of the goods. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to process.

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GIFTS

Like what the actual flippidyDippers? We package all gifts as carefully as possible to ensure they arrive with you in tip top condition and where appropriate, we test the product to check it works. However, if something goes squiffy and arrives damaged or faulty then please let us know at [email protected]

We will replace damaged or faulty items free of charge if you return the item to us within 14 days.

If a returned product is faulty, then we will return the original delivery cost plus the postage paid by you to send it back to us but please contact us before returning the item so that we can arrange this.

RETURNING UNWANTED OR FAULTY GIFTS

We are very reasonable here at Autumn Hill Boutique and just ask that you contact us within 7 days of purchase with any problems that you have.
